2.2  and the material, including each photo, is clearly identified as to its location and as to the development company concerned; e.g. Playa Marques by The Almanzora Bay Group; Desert Springs by The Almanzora Bay Group, etcetera.

2.3  and it is clear that the web site or page on which the copyright material appears is supportive of the promotion of the development(s) and/or sales of property and/or sales of holiday accommodation or packages and/or other services ( hereinafter the products) that The Almanzora Group Ltd and Playas del Almanzora SL themselves are marketing.

2.4 and it is apparent that the copyright material is not being used in any way that would lead a viewer to associate it with other products, which are not those promoted by The Almanzora Group Ltd or Playas del Almanzora SL, nor in any way which would bring either of those companies or the developers for which they act or the products into disrepute, whether merely by visual reference or text or otherwise.

2.5 and the user acknowledges and agrees that all the material shown on this website is owned and shall remain vested in The Almanzora Group Ltd and that any consent to its use may be withdrawn at any time for any reason and the user confirms that in the event of withdrawal of consent it will desist from use of any such material.
