Set right in the middle of El Playazo, the great 7 kilometer long sandy beach of the Almanzora region, these quality beach homes, set between the beach itself and the main road, represent an almost unique opportunity to own a newly built individual villa or townhouse, where you can wander down to the beach at any time of day or night, without crossing a road.

The beach duplexes each have their own private terrace, patio or garden and super views from the roof solarium, as well as use of the community gardens and swimming pools.

There are a variety of spacious shapes, sizes and layouts to choose from.  All have cloakrooms, top quality hand made fitted kitchens including granite worktops, oven, hob, fridge/freezer and washing machine.

All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. Bathrooms and en-suites have high quality sanitary ware and fittings.

Each has a convenient external surface parking place, as well as an allocated underground car park.
