The Herencia and Residencia Show Homes at Desert Drive are also home to a number of exclusive facilities that are available for private use and enjoyment by prior individual reservation. Of their nature privileged facilities and intended for quiet and private enjoyment, numbers using the facilities are strictly limited.

• Private Beauty and Massage Suite; this is the home of Karen Kelleher’s Day Spa @Desert Springs
• The Private Sauna and Jacuzzi Suite, available for 2 to 4 persons by the hour.
• Personal Fitness and Work Out Room, with Treadmill, Stepper, Rower and Weights, available for 2 to 4 persons by the hour.
• Billiards, Snooker, Pool Room and Bar, with Full Size Table, available for 2 to 8 persons for periods of 3 hours.
• Private Screening Room, with Home Cinema and Audiovisual System, available for 2 to 16 persons for periods of 3 hours
• Bodega Private Meeting and Tapas Room, available for 2 to 6 persons for periods of 3 hours.
• Bodega Private Meeting and Dining Room, available for 2 to 12 persons for periods of 3 hours.
• The Residencia Outside Private Dining Terrace, served from El Torrente and available for parties up to 20.
