The Almanzora Group Ltd., is the UK based overseas Sales and Marketing Agent for Desert Springs, Playa Marques and Villaricos, all of which have reached significant thresholds in their respective evolution.

In Villaricos, agreement has been reached in principle with the Town Hall to proceed with a “Plan de Excelencia”, including the creation, between El Ancla and El Timon, of a new public plaza with a fountain, symbolic of a fishing boat and the embellishment of the existing village square.  It is also hoped to build a municipal swimming pool in due course as well.  There is going to be a relief road to the rear of the village, to ease the present problems of congestion; final negotiations are still underway, but the effect in Villaricos should be dramatic, projecting it to an altogether higher level of quality and value and setting it on the road to becoming the favourite spot on the Almanzora coast.

At Desert Springs, the Crocodile Club successfully provides an exciting resort centre and a complimentary alternative to the Golf Clubhouse, which now fulfils its proper role as a superb up-market golf club house.  The Indiana course itself has reached an unrivalled standard of excellence, above all in respect of the greens, and has attracted increasing praise amongst the cognoscenti.  An agreement has been signed to provide Desert Springs with Wi-max broadband internet connectivity, across the whole resort; just about the first such installation in Spain.

We think that you now have the right to feel proud of your village and your resort, we certainly are, and of the judgement, which led you to purchase there, in the Almanzora, in the first place. That judgement has now been fully vindicated.  We hope that you also feel that your patience has also been rewarded by the steadily improving quality of the facilities and of the environment of both Desert Springs and Villaricos.  Those who made the big decision to purchase have, of course, already been substantially rewarded by the increasing property values, which in most cases are very large indeed, and which, to a great extent, result from those continuing advances.

We therefore offer the opportunity to all existing and “about to be” Almanzora Bay Property Owners to benefit from an exclusive Property Owners Referral Scheme, the simple details of which are attached and in which we hope you will participate.  It is also intended as a special thank you of real value to you for your confidence in the projects we represent.  This scheme is “privileged and exclusive”, as it is only for Owners of Almanzora Bay properties, at Desert Springs, Villaricos and Playa Marques and for nobody else!

Being the first to introduce a friend, relative or colleague, who goes on to purchase a new property, will provide very substantial rewards, not only for you, but also for the new purchasers. As a result of their personal introduction by you, an existing property owner, they will benefit from a reward of equal value, in terms of savings in their purchase costs.  Not only are you helping yourself by introducing friends, you are giving them a unique chance to benefit equally.  You are, of course, also helping the resort and the village grow with your kind of people.

Our idea is to rely less on external third party agencies for sales and to divert part of the net savings in sales commissions into the hands of our own existing clients.  We think everybody is tired of seeing those sales agencies vehicles all over the place and we would like to reduce their presence.  The plan is to make the Owners Privilege Scheme a permanent opportunity for Almanzora Bay Property Owners, so that there is no limit to the number of friends, colleagues or relatives that you can introduce and benefit.  The scheme will therefore provide a real opportunity for you to earn good money from your ownership of an Almanzora Bay property.

We examined any number of ways of providing the rewards under this scheme; golf passports, credit cards for use on the resort, aircraft tickets, Red Letter promotions, etc.  However, in view of the serious amounts involved, none offered any particular advantage to Owners in the scheme, whilst threatening vast scope for complication and inflexibility.  In the end, it was decided that, providing the rewards were equal in value, for both the Present and the Future Property Owners, then there was absolutely no reason for not offering a straightforward financial reward.  This would have the benefits of transparency, simplicity and flexibility and means that you alone decide exactly how you wish to use these rewards, which, based on present prices, can be anything from 8,000 to 50,000 Euros, every time you make a successful introduction.

There is a wide choice in types and prices of properties, at Desert Springs, Playa Marques and in Villaricos.  There are not only properties available to sell Off Plan for those who, like so many, are looking for a long deferred purchase, but there are also some Fast Track properties, available for almost immediate occupation. Remember Fast Track properties produce faster rewards and don’t forget that every sale, successfully concluded, supports the development of further facilities and underpins existing values, both on the resort and in the village.  What’s more, it is a further step on the road to the next overall value increase.  Do not doubt that there is still plenty of scope for upwards price movement as development proceeds; current prices at other top resorts, according to their own agents, are still up to a third higher than Desert Springs.

Conditions and Registration for
The Almanzora Property Owners Referral Scheme

In the event that a Present Property Owner is the first to introduce to the Promoters, via The Almanzora Group, a Potential Future Property Owner, who goes on to purchase a property, a reward will be paid to the Present Property Owner, who may decide to receive the whole reward or share it with the Future Property Owner by means of a reduction in price of the new property.

  • The reward will be 4% of the purchase price paid for the property, (excluding VAT & Extras)
  • The reward shall be due and payable to the Present Property Owners, upon signing of the contract and payment of the deposit for the new property and/or as the Present Property Owners direct to the Future Property Owners by offset against their costs on completion.

IE:- AN ARIZONA SOLD AT € 900,000 EUROS, MEANS A REWARD OF €36,000

This Privilege Scheme is open to Present Property Owners only, being those who have purchased a property built by the Promoters being, Desert Springs SL, Villaricos SL or Bahia del Almanzora SL, and who have registered their participation in the Scheme.

To be eligible for the reward, Present Property Owners must first specifically introduce an eligible Potential Future Property Owner to The Almanzora Group Ltd, either by e-mail, facsimile, or by post, or by some other written and dated form; this is the vital proof of your introduction and its time of receipt by The Almanzora Group, which shall be the effective time.

Eligible Potential Future Property Owners are those, whose potential interest has not previously been registered by the Promoters, Playas del Almanzora SL, The Almanzora Group Ltd. or their contracted sales agencies or another Present Property Owner.

This scheme is promoted by The Almanzora Group Ltd, whose decision concerning any and all matters relating to this scheme shall be final and binding and whose employees, consultants, sales agents, as well as those of the developers and their associated companies, are not eligible to participate.
